Sherri Bear
Owner
Sherri Bear founded Bear Accounting 11 years ago as a home-based business. Through her dedication and hard work, she went from being a solopreneur to opening an office with 5 Employees and over 100 clients in the City of Snohomish.
Sherri has worked in accounting for 30 years and brings a lot of knowledge to the table. This makes her an excellent advisor to business owners as she keeps them up to date on the latest tax information. Sherri describes her career as challenging and rewarding. She especially loves watching her clients grow and become successful.
Sherri is a graduate of Edmonds Community College and keeps her skills sharp by taking QuickBooks and Tax Accounting Classes.
Sherri is also a member of the Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce, where she was the board secretary for numerous years.
Sherri spends time with her husband Frank and their two dogs Max and Daisy, watching the Seahawks in her spare time. She is passionate about Domestic Violence and Volunteers at the Mukilteo Chamber. In addition, she has three kids and three grandkids.
Francesca McMaster
Francesca joined the Bear Accounting team in 2020 after spending five years in office management. Her love of math and problem solving drove her to seek higher education and a career in the accounting field. Francesca prides herself in accuracy, organization, and professional communication.
Francesca loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing, kayaking, and hiking with her dogs and husband of 10 years. When not outside, you can find her gaming, reading, or cooking.

Aaron McMaster
Aaron joined Bear Accounting in 2021 and has an eclectic professional background. After exploring career opportunities in both health care and graphic design, he discovered his passion for working with numbers during an elective college accounting course. He is currently finishing the bachelor’s degree program in business administration and accounting at Western Governors University.
Aaron’s love of learning and positive attitude makes him a valuable member of our team. In his spare time he enjoys exploring new technology, such as virtual reality. He’s also a dog lover and has two smooth coat Collies, named Ollie and Banjo. He and Fran have been married for 10 years and they enjoy being able to work together at Bear Accounting.

Linda Bjornstad
Linda joined the team at Accuracy Plus in Jan 2021. Looking for new opportunities, she came to us with a strong background in payroll procedures, processes, and taxes. She has worked in payroll for over 18 years.
Linda is married, with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She lives with her spouse and 2 cats, Jetta and Piggles. She enjoys camping and gardening. As an avid hockey fan, she attends the games of the local WHL team, the Everett Silvertips and follows the Seattle Kraken as well.
With the attitude of “Lets get started”, Linda has been helpful in teaching the staff about different aspects of payroll as well as learning the differing types of accounting and its intricacies. She has been a great addition to our team and looks forward to assisting you with growing your business.
Kylee Roche
Kylee started at Bear Accounting in May 2023. For 12 years, she was employed in the automotive sector, primarily focusing on internal accounting. Kylee is currently studying Accounting and Business Management at Cascadia College.
Kylee’s favorite thing about bookkeeping is the diversity. While bookkeeping tasks can be very similar, no two clients are the same. She loves showing clients that bookkeepers aren’t just an additional expense; they are outside members of your team. She also loves talking to clients and getting to know them as well as their business.
Kylee and her husband Nick have two dogs, a mini dachshund named Zoey and an English Lab named Bruno. She’s an avid sports fan, and her favorite teams are the Seahawks, Kraken, and Mariners.
When Kylee isn’t studying, you can find her reading and creating DIY projects.
